ADVERTISING OPTIONS

Full page (A5) colour advert in the forum printed and digital catalogue. The catalogue contains conference agenda, delegate list, sponsor and partner information.

Layout design is provided by the customer.

Layout specifications:

• Size – 150×210 mm, + 5 mm along the sides for cutting. Vertical
• Important elements of the layout should not be closer than 7 mm to the cutting line.
• Raster format – tiff, resolution 300 dpi color CMYK, layers merged
• Vector formats – .ai .eps, images should be integrated into a file with a resolution of 300 dpi
• Texts in curves, color CMYK

Рlacement of company booth in the conference networking area.

The Booth includes:  

• Participation in the conference of 1 company representative
• Area 1.5 m2
• Table, 2 chairs
• Plasma display panel
• Placement of roll-up banners, advertising materials (provided by the customer)

Insertion of advertising items in delegate’s bags.

Format not bigger than A4.

Roll-up banner (1 item) is placed in the conference room.

The banner is provided by the Customer.
